1. Does the hanging toiletry bag fit full size products?

The answer depends on how large your products are. The main compartment and two end pockets of the bag will hold toiletries, such as shampoo, hairspray or shaving cream up to 8 inches tall and still zip closed easily. Many of the pockets have elastic to accommodate wide items. The butterfly side pockets will hold a full size toothbrush and toothpaste. As a reminder though, if you are planning on taking toiletries through TSSA you will want to make sure you use the clear quart size bag to hold any of your 3oz liquids.
2. What size is the hook on this bag? Will it fit over a door or doorknob?

The open part of the hook on the hanging toiletry bag is 2" in diameter. It easily fits over a doorknob, shower rod or towel rack. It can fit over the top of a door i the door is 1 1/4" thick, this is mainly due to the curve in the hook. The hook is metal and very sturdy.
3. Will the hanging toiletry bag sit on a counter if there is no where to hang it?

Yes, it is deep enough that when it is sitting on a counter it stays in place. the "wings" on each end will also help stabilize the bag. When the toiletry bag is not hanging the top flap will fold to the back or can be propped up against a wall or mirror.
4. Are these bags waterproof?

We don't consider these TSA bags "waterproof" as anytime you have zippers and stitching there is an opportunity for liquids to get in or out the materials can be cleaned with a damp cloth and they will dry if they do get wet.
5. What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is based on the size and weight of each shipment as well as which option you choose at checkout. Standard shipping is the least expensive but we do offer two-day and one-day express options on most of our products.
6. Is the clear quart size zippered bag ok to use with my 3-1-1 liquids?

Absolutely! This is the main reason we created this bag. We were tired of using the regular ziplock baggies that get messy and need to be thrown out. There are also a lot of other handy uses such as organizing anything from crafts and camping items to carrying around your masks and hand sanitizer in your car, backpack or purse.
7. Is Borsali sold in stores?

Not yet, we are currently attending the Travel Goods Show to meet with Retailers. But we will keep you posted!
8. What is the size of the Under-Seat Carry on?

Our bag is 17x9x10 and it is soft, so it can "squish" depending on how full you pack it.

9. Can I slide the Carry on bag over my wheeled luggage handle?

Yes! We have a special hidden zipper just for trolly handles.
10. Is there a crossbody strap included with the Duffel

Yes, and it is adjustable.

This bag is larger than it seems. I used to use two toiletry bags and still couldn't fit my small blow dryer. This one lets me put everything in one bag and still keep it organized. I have used it on many trips and it is working great!
